He made such an impression on my husband and myself; we knew he would be the winning number. I tried to sell the house TWO other times with two different realtors to no avail! One of the realtors that we interviewed said they could stage my house for 1% of the selling price. That would have been OVER $5000! Raines Realty Group helped me with the price of staging! Seven hours after Dave posted my house online, we had multiple offers! We had more offers in seven hours than I had interested home buyers the last two times I tried to sell it. And it was $17,000 OVER my asking price!

My home in Northeast Portland had been on the market for over 90 days with another realtor whose listing expired after it didn’t sell. I received dozens of calls from realtors after the listing expired wanting to list it. Dave gave me a call and I really liked him from the first time that we spoke. As an attorney, I wanted a strong negotiator.
